Cancelation policy

  • Cancellation received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
  • Cancellation received between 0 to 30 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
  • In case of no-show or anticipated departure the total amount of the payment will be non refundable.
  • In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.
