COVID-19 – Security Measures

The safety of our customers and our staff is an absolute priority for us.

In response to the Coronavirus, we have implanted various measures to safeguard the health and tranquility of our guests and staff members :

• We have provided our staff with individual protective masks.
• We put at our guests’ disposal hand sanitizing gels.
• We use specific treatments for daily sanitization that are recommended for prevention of Covid-19.

We will continuously ensure that hygiene and cleanliness remain our absolute priority during your whole stay.

Special COVID booking and cancellation policies

• 30% of the total amount of the stay to be paid for confirmation.
• 70% of the total amount of the stay to be paid 15 days before arrival date.
• In case of inability to travel due to COVID-19, you will beneficiate from a credit valid 1 year in order to reschedule your reservation according to availabilities and seasons prices.
