Villa rates are based on per night, VAT and handling charges included.
A damage deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.
For certain villas, vacation stay taxes might be applicable.

Cancellation received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
Cancellation received between 0 to 30 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the total amount of the payment will be non refundable.
In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.
